Congress decisions are discussed and voted on by the ITF family. Policy decisions come in two different ways; via the Congress theme document and via motions submitted by ITF unions.
Congress event app
Continuing with the ITF’s digital approach to meetings and events, you will be able to access practical information and documentation via the Congress Event App.
You will also be able to access the event schedule and customize your agenda with personal appointments; see all the speakers, read their bios and view their presentations; get important updates and exciting information through the app through Push Notifications; and, see who is attending and share contact information by networking with other attendees.
Our app will soon go live. Stay tuned for the app release details and more information on how you can use the app to enhance your Congress experience.
Device hire
You will need either a laptop, tablet or smartphone to access important information, documents and participate in Congress via the ITF Congress App. Devices will be available for hire in Singapore.
The cost to hire a device is SGD150 + 10% service charge + 7% GST for the duration of Congress.
Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to hire a device.
Languages
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the Congress plenary sessions in the following languages:
Arabic, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Thai.
Limited facilities may be available for other unions wishing to bring interpreters at their own expense. If you wish to take advantage of this possibility, please send your request via email to meetings@itf.org.uk by Friday 29 June 2018.
